Dot Kiwi Newsletter – May 2012
Dear Supporter,
Greetings from all of us on the Dot Kiwi team. We’re very excited to release this first email update to our supporters – thanks for being part of the Dot Kiwi initiative!
Status Update:
You’ll be pleased to know that Dot Kiwi is progressing as planned. Despite some small delays in the process, we are on track for a 2013 release of .kiwi domain names. Before you know it, everywhere you look you’ll see websites and email addresses ending in .kiwi! If you want to find out more, check out the Frequently Asked Questions page on our website.
Facebook Page:
Are you on Facebook? So is Dot Kiwi! If you like what we’re doing, then please our Facebook page, and why not invite your friends to like us too! This is an easy way to stay updated with all the Dot Kiwi news and a great way to show your support.
Events:
Planning on being in Vancouver in June? Then why not come to the Kea Vancouver wine tasting with a twist? Dot Kiwi will be there in full force - giving away goodies, pouring drinks and supporting the Kiwi scene in Vancouver.
Be Involved:
Would you like to help shape how New Zealanders are identified online? We are looking for volunteers to participate in discussions and small research projects to help better understand the needs of New Zealanders in an online world. If this sounds like you, please reply to this email to express your interest.
We’ll have more updates for you soon, in the meantime feel free to get in touch with us if you have any questions.
